All Delivery service covers residential and commercial addresses in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories. Delivery service is not available to Hong Kong International Airport, Penny's Bay, other outlying islands, Lok Ma Chau and any restricted areas.
Delivery Time
Delivery is made within 3 days after order confirmation. Available from 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday (except Sunday and Public Holidays).
Special Location Delivery:
Ma Wan :( 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday)
Discovery Bay、Tung Chung and Disney land (Only delivery on Monday and Thursday )
Other Island:(just deliver to the outlying islands ferry per only)
*The deliver schedule of other Islands will be desicided by the deliver situation of that day.
Self Pick-up
You can choose to pick up your purchased product(s) 3 working days, after the order confirmation in Hong Kong.
In order to protect your right and interests, our delivery executive and frontline retail staff will ask you to present the documents below for identity verification.
1. A copy of the confirmation email
2. Your Hong Kong Identity Card
3. The credit card used in this online purchase
If you are not available to pick up the product(s), you can authorize a person to do so with a copy of a signed authorization letter (At the end of the Confirmation Email) and the following identity documents. If fail to provide these, the request will not be entertained.
1. A copy of your Hong Kong or Macau identity card or passport
2. A copy of the credit card used in this online purchase
3. Identity document of the authorized person
If you discover any damage to the product during delivery, please contact us via eshopac@chungyuen.com.hk within 24 hours after collecting your product to facilitate the change.

- How long can the items in my shopping cart be kept?
As long as you do not quit close the page, you have to buy the product will always be preserved
If I close the browser when I am shopping, will the items added to the shopping cart be removed?
Yes, the added item will be removed.

- Can I ask my friend to pick up the product for me?
